Online Warranty Registration

Please complete the online warranty registration form below within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Div 3 Inc warrants that its suppressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only with proper documentation.

What's Covered?

Any defects in materials or workmanship (performed by Division 3 Weapons) encountered during normal use. 

What's NOT Covered:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Use with reloaded, corrosive, or overpressure ammunition (not SAAMI Spec)
• Improper maintenance or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or cosmetic damage
• Accidental discharge, careless handling, or misuse
• Only barrels threaded by Division 3 and factory threaded barrels will be covered
• Barrel obstructions

Improper use or operation outside specified conditions voids this warranty

• Provide proof of purchase and ATF Form 4 or Form 3

Div 3 Inc will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. Note: if a new serial number is required, the customer must file a new ATF Form 4 (at their own expense)

Exclusions & Liability Disclaimer

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Division 3 weapons / Div 3 Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use or misuse of the product. (some states may not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.)

Compliance With Law 

The purchaser affirms they are legally permitted to possess this item and are in full compliance with any federal, state, and local laws. Use of this product in violation of any applicable law voids the warranty and may result in criminal prosecution.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

By accepting delivery of a product from Division 3 weapons / DIV 3 Inc, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
